1) Shipping

Most of our items are shipped direct from our store in Auburn, CA. We are known for keeping a larger size selection than most of our boot brands' factories! sometimes your orders will be shipped direct from the factory warehouses; we check availability of our stock and our manufacturer's and determine which location can get the product to you the fastest. On a multiple item order, you may receive items separately in different packages at different times.  This is due to your items being shipped from different locations.

2) Tracking Info 

After you place your order, an automatic email is sent to your email account that states that you have placed an order with us and what items you have purchased. Shortly after this you will receive a second email from our shipping department to let you know that your order has been shipped. There will be a link that you can follow straight to your delivery info on the UPS site with the tracking number already entered. If you delete the email, or if the link is broken, please contact us for the tracking number.
