RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY If you need to return or exchange an item purchased from our web site, you will need to follow these simple rules.

. At that time, you may request an exchange or credit. Please include your name, order number, and your request. Not all items are valid for return or echange.* 2. The product must be returned in a “new” condition and in the original packaging. Any sign of wear will result in the returned item(s) not being accepted and no credit or exchange allowed**. 3. We recommend you ship your return package by way of any reliable shipper such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx, as they all provide shipment tracking. Note: At present we only ship to and accept returns from within the United States. If a return shipping label was included with your package, you must still contact Mickey's Boots prior to shipping any item(s) to our store.*** 6. Your return will be processed as indicated by the return authorization. Credits or refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned items. If an exchange has been requested, the time will vary depending on the availability of product. *Discontinued and/or close out items are not eligable for return/echange. **This does not necessarily apply to returns due to Manufacturer warranty issues.
