RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you need to return or exchange an item purchased from our web site, you will need to follow these simple rules.

1. Obtain a return authorization number by contacting us at:

2.   The product must be returned in a “new” condition and in the original packaging.
Any sign of wear will result in the returned item(s) not being accepted and no credit or exchange allowed*.

3. Items being returned must be received at Mickey’s Boots within 30 days of receiving your order.

5. We recommend you ship your return package by way of a reliable shipper such as UPS or FedEx, as they provide shipment tracking.
Note:  At present we only ship to and accept returns from within the United States.

6. Your return will be processed as indicated by the return authorization.  Credits or refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned items.  If an exchange has been requested, the time will vary depending on the availability of product.

*This does not necessarily apply to returns due to Manufacturer warranty issues. Manufacturer Warranties vary, if you have questions concerning a warranty please contact us.
